After making rollout wheels for a year I took all of the feedback on them and completely redesigned the Rollouts and made this.  Just like the previous rollout wheel this uses a commercial off the shelf GM bearing.   This is core to the design to this product because I wanted a bearing that was easy to replace incase the end user welds through it or it just needs replaced through wear. 

The brake system has been improved significantly.  There are now two huge brake pads that grip the bearing and provide enormous holding force.  We have yet to hear of one failing or slipping even with the largest flanges or unions being put to the test.  The brake setup is ambidextrous, the lever can be placed on either side in minutes. The face piece is  designed for an 8 inch chuck and is 12 inches diameter.  For an extra 50 bucks you can upgrade to a 15 inch wheel. 

The rollout wheel facepiece, chuck, bearing and brake system is detachable from the tilting mechanism with a rigid and repeatable dovetail.  This is currently the only rollout wheel that has the ability to break in half to fit into a toolbox or storage container easier.  

The tilting assembly gives range from negative 10 degrees to positive 90 (Flat ie vertical).  At lower angles the Rollout can be precisely leveled using a 5/8-11 adjustment lever that is provided.  The tilting assembly is mounted to the costumers work area using a common 2 inch by 2 inch receiver hitch.  

 All the anodized colors orders are around 2-3 weeks to ship due to the lead at the anodizing shop.   I wish it was faster, I currently do not have the time or manpower to bring anodizing under roof.
